Hi, I’m Laura
I’m a licensed therapist with over 20 years of experience supporting people through life’s most meaningful and challenging transitions. I specialize in working with women in midlife who are navigating perimenopause, grief and loss, changing relationships with adult children, caregiving for aging parents, and the search for purpose in the empty nest years.
As someone who is also in midlife and walking through many of these same experiences, I bring both professional expertise and personal understanding to my work. I know how complex and emotional this season of life can be, and I offer a space where you don’t have to go through it alone.
My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based practices. I integrate modalities such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help you process difficult emotions, reconnect with your inner strength, and move forward with greater clarity and calm.
